Trade-in?

I was trying to trade emblems of triumph down to  [Emblem of Conquest], but couldn't find the in-game vendor that would let me do that. It doesn't seem to be available from Magistrix Vesara, even though the article implies it should be. The other vendors in that room let you trade down emblems of Conquest/Valor. Anyone know where the right vendor is? (I checked the vendors at the Coliseum and they don't seem to have it either.) Matthias99 (talk) 04:40, November 11, 2009 (UTC)

"minutes per emblem" table

The table giving the estimated minutes per emblem is rather out of date. (For example, it's been a long while since it actually took 60 minutes to complete The Nexus.) Those estimates were for average ilvl ~200.
