During the Purge of Dalaran, Vesara was held captive by the Silver Covenant in the Sunreaver's Sanctuary. At Rommath's orders, she was freed by a Horde adventurer and was said to go to Silvermoon City.

Vesara later accompanied Archmage Aethas Sunreaver to the Isle of Thunder. Along with Magister Arlan and Magister Sarien, Vesara was tasked with monitoring the saurok in the area, and—when possible—turning the creatures against the mogu.
