He might represent the player?—The preceding unsigned comment was added by CaiuNariz (talk · contr).

If the player was un-social, never really did anything to help, got smacked over the head with a hammer, and then turned out to be a Forsaken spy, sure, it could be the player. Where did that info come from? -- Dark T Zeratul (talk) 21:57, 8 June 2009 (UTC)
The comic, I think. I have not read them myself. Information from the comics is often uncited for some reason.--SWM2448 22:39, 8 June 2009 (UTC)
I have. The Ashbringer comic mentions he was thought to be a Forsaken spy, but there's nothing about him stealing plague spores for Varimathras and Putress. -- Dark T Zeratul (talk) 23:42, 8 June 2009 (UTC)

Do you have ALL of them? If not, it may be in the one you don't have. IconSmall Wolvar.gifBig, furry, and insane (Have a conversation with the homocidal furry!) (Come and stalk me! ...No, wait, please don't.) 01:55, 9 June 2009 (UTC)

I've got all the issues that have been released so far, yeah. Does anyone have a specific "it was in issue X" citation? Otherwise I'm leaning toward fanfic since there's no source. -- Dark T Zeratul (talk) 02:01, 9 June 2009 (UTC)
User:Nucks called it "Ashbringer Epilogue".--SWM2448 02:09, 9 June 2009 (UTC)
It's a special epilogue in the hardcover. Note that this version of the hardcover is only available at same places. As far as I know, spanish hardcover doesn't include it, for my utter annoyance. More info here:

Ah, I didn't know there was any extra stuff in the trade release of Ashbringer. I may need to find myself a copy of that now. -- Dark T Zeratul (talk) 21:20, 9 June 2009 (UTC)
Should that special epilogue be mentionned on World of Warcraft: Ashbringer (hardcover) ?

Definitely. Anybody have it who can write up a summary? -- Dark T Zeratul (talk) 22:57, 9 June 2009 (UTC)
Just added "*Epilogue" in the list of contents. I've read the summary on Scrolls of Lore, but don't know how to say it without spoiling too much.

Race

He doesn't look "Forsaken" to me, or undead at all. He's some odd, mouthless grey... thing (demon?). Of course, it could be a mask, but I don't see anything that proves he's undead. INV Misc Orb 04.pngXavius, the Satyr Lord 20:21, February 25, 2010 (UTC)

It's a mask. Grunn'holde says that many believe him to be a spy for the Forsaken, which is later confirmed by Varimathras. -- Dark T Zeratul (talk) 20:29, February 25, 2010 (UTC)
But Varimathras never says that he is Forsaken, just "one of our most faithful devotees". And I, at least, don't think it looks like a mask. INV Misc Orb 04.pngXavius, the Satyr Lord 20:44, February 25, 2010 (UTC)
I'm pretty sure it's stated somewhere that it's a mask. And honestly, with the evidence we have, I think the burden of proof is on you to prove that he ISN'T undead. -- Dark T Zeratul (talk) 21:59, February 25, 2010 (UTC)
We are WoWWiki, we don't just assume things. The only thing pointing towards him being an undead is a single supsicion by Grunn'holde and the fact that he is associated with Varimathras. INV Misc Orb 04.pngXavius, the Satyr Lord 16:29, February 26, 2010 (UTC)
Well, let's examine the evidence. Grunn'holde tells Darion that many in the Argent Dawn think he's undead. He suffers an apparently lethal blow in Naxxramas and shows up again, alive, later on. And he's working for Varimathras, whose main allies are a renegade faction of undead. It seems very clear to me that the writers intended to demonstrate that he was, in fact, a Forsaken spy like Grunn'holde said, even if they didn't explicitly state it. -- Dark T Zeratul (talk) 18:12, February 26, 2010 (UTC)
Shouldn't this article say "Undead (presumed)", and Forsaken (presumed), then? INV Misc Orb 04.pngXavius, the Satyr Lord 19:01, February 26, 2010 (UTC)
