Syndicate Magi are humans and members of the Syndicate. They can be found inside Stromgarde Keep in the Arathi Highlands.

Abilities

Blizzard — Calls down a blizzard that lasts 8 sec., inflicting Frost damage every 2 sec. to all enemies in a selected area.
Frostbolt — Inflicts Frost damage to an enemy and reduces its movement speed for 4 sec.

The subject of this section was removed from World of Warcraft in patch 4.0.3a but is present in Classic Era.

Frost Armor — Encases the caster in a layer of frost that lasts 30 min. The thick ice increases armor, slows melee attackers' movement, and increases the time between their attacks.

Syndicate Magi are the only source for the [Silk Wizard Hat].
