On the Frostboar Drifts west of Gormaul Tower at [16.1, 49.7] on Frostfire Ridge, look for a rock formation with two Frostwolf banners at its base. Run up the formation and jump across to find a Supply Dump, which contains 20-25 
[Garrison Resources].
Tracking quest
To check whether the supply dump has been looted, copy and paste this command into the chat window:
/run print(C_QuestLog.IsQuestFlaggedCompleted(33942))
If a "true" appears in the chat window, the supply dump has been looted; "false" indicates the opposite.
