Sully Balloo's Letter starts the quest chain A King's Tribute. The [Waterlogged Envelope] is found in a static object, Waterlogged Letter.[44, 93]

Deliver Sully Balloo's Letter to Sara Balloo.

Description
The waterlogged and war-torn envelope dissolves in your hands, leaving you with a few pages of a letter in your grasp, written with painstaking care.
The letter is addressed to a Mrs. Sara Balloo of Ironforge and begins, "My dear Sara...."
Rewards
Upon completion of this quest you will gain:
- 2450 XP (or 15 at level 70)
- 250 reputation with Ironforge

- The Waterlogged Envelope is in the hand of a skeleton[44.30, 92.93] at the bottom of the river near the pillars supporting the Thandol Span. You have to click on the letter, not the skeleton.
- Upon completion
- Sara Balloo reads Sully's letter page by page.
- Sara Balloo says: This isn't fair! My dearest Sully! Come back to me! No, <name>! Why did you bring me such news!
