Stygia Convergence is located on a tower southeast of the Altar of Domination in the Maw. Its location is hinted at by the Stygia Residue and is only visible while carrying the 
[Stygia Dowser]. The dowser can be used here to activate Stygia Delirium and complete the rune puzzle to obtain the 
[Crumbling Stele] from the Runed Chest.
