Stromgarde Troll Hunters are humans found in Stromgarde Keep in the Arathi Highlands. They are carrying torches, likely because (magical) fire can prevent trolls from regenerating their wounds.[1]
Undead Troll Hunters serving Prince Galen roam the city during the 
[10-45] The Ruined Kingdom questline. They are initially friendly, but turn hostile after Galen betrays the player following the completion of [10-45] Death... and Decay and [10-45] Our Oldest Enemies.
Abilities
Flash Heal — Calls upon Holy magic to heal an ally.
Shadow Word: Pain — A word of darkness that causes 366 Shadow damage over 18 sec.
Throw Torch — Throws a torch at the targeted location, inflicting Fire damage to nearby players.

Patch 4.0.3a (2010-11-23): Level reduced from 37 - 38 to 27. - Patch 4.0.3a (2010-11-23): Type changed from Elite to normal.
