Patch changes

Patch 6.0.2 (2014-10-14): Removed.
Hotfix (2013-11-18): Stormlash now has a 50% chance to activate and deals 40% of current damage (This is up from a 20% chance to activate and down from a 100% damage increase when activated compared to a hotfix from October 4).
Hotfix (2013-10-04): To help address issues with input lag, Stormlash now has a 20% to activate but deals 5 times more damage (down from a 100% chance to activate). Overall damage output should remain unchanged.
Hotfix (2012-11-28): Now has a radius of 40 yards (was 30).
Patch 5.0.4 (2012-08-28): Added.
