Hotfix (2017-09-01): Stormkeeper now buffs Lava Beam Overloads.
Hotfix (2016-11-14): Stormkeeper now increases damage of Lightning Bolt, Chain Lightning, and Lava Beam by 100% against players (was 200%).
Patch 7.1.0 (2016-10-25):
- Now also makes the affected [Lightning Bolt] and [Chain Lightning] instant.
- Now has a 1.5 second cast time.
