Objectives
Recover a copy of "Fear and Flesh" from the depths of a Horrific Vision for Wrathion in the Chamber of Heart.

Description
By now you've noticed the protection of your cloak wavering the deeper you delve into these visions.
To further bolster your resistance to N'Zoth's influence, we will need to gain an even deeper understanding of his nefarious power.
Seek out knowledge from manifestations deeper within the visions, and we shall have our answers soon enough.

Notes
At this point, players should have upgraded their 
[Ashjra'kamas, Shroud of Resolve] to rank 5 via a [Horrific Core] or four. Players now have 40% Sanity loss reduction in a Vision of N'Zoth. Don't forget to keep spending 
[Corrupted Mementos] in the Titanic Research Archive either.
Now, instead of rushing directly to the boss, players will instead need to venture into one of the secondary areas, by clicking on the entrance barrier to open it, and complete the bonus objective and kill that area's boss for the quest. This boss may be able to be seen through a shortcut area, but do not get distracted by this! Such a shortcut is only for after you've defeated the area boss, so you can return to the main area faster to kill the final boss.
Even if you do not kill the final boss in time, the most important objective is your quest item.
This was the final quest offered in the first week of patch 8.3. The next week, Wrathion began offering [50] Reconstructing "Fear and Flesh".
On upgrading your cloak to rank 6 with the Horrific Core, this will upgrade its appearance to the next level as well, adding it to your transmogrification appearances.
