Patch changes

• Patch 6.0.2 (2014-10-14): Removed.
  
• Patch 5.0.4 (2012-08-28): Now a level 40 Enhancement ability (was a tier 8 Enhancement talent). No longer affects [Primal Strike].
  
• Patch 4.0.1 (2010-10-12): Redesigned. Now triggers only from Primal Strike, [Stormstrike] and [Lava Lash]. No longer increases [Lightning Shield] charges nor consumes any when it procs.

  Old: You have a 2/4/6% chance to hit your target with a Lightning Shield orb charge when you deal damage with melee attacks and abilities, and your Lightning Shield gains 2/4/6 additional charges.
