Spoops is an orc quest giver located in the Ruins of Lordaeron in the Undercity. She is only available during the annual Hallow's End event.
Spoops was formerly residing in Orgrimmar, but has traveled with Orphan Matron Nanee and a few other orphans to the Ruins of Lordaeron at the Undercity, as of 2010. Spoops can be found in the main courtyard with the other orphans near the entrance.
