Spearmaster Crasc is an orc watching the Thunderlord clan invasion of Stonefang Outpost in Frostfire Ridge from the watch tower just to the southwest of town. Access the top by jumping from the rock outcrop just east of the tower, as the path is blocked by spears.
Abilities

Massive Strike — Deals massive damage to enemies within 10 yards in front of the caster.
Warleader's Signal — Sound the huntmaster's horn, reducing damage taken by 25% for nearby allies.
Wing Clip — Inflicts 20% normal melee damage and reduces the enemy target's movement speed by 30% for 10 sec.
