Spark's Stolen Supplies ^[50.7, 0.8] / ^{[30.9, 12.8]} is found in the underwater cave in what will be the northern fishing area of Lunarfall in northwestern Shadowmoon Valley. It contains 20x [Garrison Resources].

Scrap Sparkfuse is "guarding" the treasure chest by swimming about on a patrol from the chest to the southern end of the pond, and if spoken with, has this to say:

Supplies? What supplies? I have no idea what you are talking about.

<Scrap's eyes dart back and forth and he nervously clears his throat.>

What? I'm not trying to steal them or anything... I mean, if I knew what you were even talking about, which I don't.
