Soothsayer Brinvulf is a vargul who can be encountered during Island Expeditions.

Abilities

Blood Bolt — Fires a bolt of corrupted blood at the target, inflicting Shadow damage.
Ritual of the Berserker — Carves mystic runes onto the target inflicting Shadow damage every 1 sec for 5 sec. Applies Mark of the Berserker every 1 sec.
- Mark of the Berserker — Increases all damage done and damage taken by 10%. This effect stacks.
Sanguine Expulsion — Channels a blood ritual, causing bloody explosions around the caster, inflicting Physical damage to all nearby enemies every 1 sec for 5 sec.
