Slave's Stash is found on top of an awning at [27.7, 42.8] in the Sootstained Mining Camp in Frostfire Ridge. Access it by jumping on top of the building to the right of it, running up the wooden plank to the rock outcrop, jumping to the next-higher-up building, and then to the building with the awning on it.
Looting the stash rewards 3x 
[Half Empty Bottle of Prison Moonshine] and 25-30x 
[Garrison Resources].

To check whether this chest has been looted, copy and paste this command into the chat window:
