Abilities
Chill Scythe — Inflicts 19785 Physical damage to all enemies within 16 yards. Reduces the movement speed of affected enemies by 60% for 8 sec.
Frigid Spikes — Spikes of ice erupt from the earth, inflicting 8244 Frost damage to enemies within 3.5 yards of the eruption and knocking them upwards.
Reaping Winds — Chill winds pull enemies closer to the caster, reducing the movement speed of affected enemies by up to60% for 4 sec. As the storm ends the caster hits enemies still within the storm with Chill Scythe.
Shatter — Inflicts 16488 Physical damage to an enemy.
