Shin Stonepillar is an orc quest giver at the Dranosh'ar Blockade in Durotar outside the Orgrimmar main gate. He is referred to by Gor the Enforcer as a 'Thrall-loving far seer'. It is implied during 
[1-30] The Wolf and The Kodo that Stonepillar believes the methods used by the Horde under Garrosh Hellscream are hasty and irresponsible, and may lead to unfortunate results.
