Patch changes

Patch 10.1.0 (2023-05-02): Removed.
Hotfix (2022-12-12): Increases the damage of [Thrash] and [Swipe] by 10% in PvP combat (was 25%).
Patch 9.0.1 (2020-10-13): Now requires level 20 (was 40).
Patch 8.0.1 (2018-07-17):
- Now a PvP talent (was a rank 43 honor talent).
- Now a 6-second buff triggered by [Maul] (was always active).
Hotfix (2017-05-08): Now increases Thrash and Swipe damage by 25% (was 50%).
Hotfix (2017-01-25): No longer causes Thrash to cost 15 Rage.
Hotfix (2017-01-17): Now increases the damage of Swipe and Thrash by 50% (was 100%).
Patch 7.1.5 (2017-01-10): Redesigned.
Previous effect: While in Bear Form, Thrash deals 100% more initial damage but now costs 15 Rage.
