Sergeant Wilson is a human Battleground recruiter, and will appear if the queue for Ashran for the Horde is exceptionally high. He can put the 
[Mercenary Contract] buff upon the player, allowing them to fight alongside the Alliance. He wears an 
[Orc Male Mask].
He also appears in the Underbelly of Dalaran and the Mugambala arena in Zuldazar.
He can also be found in the Enclave in Oribos.
He also appears in Gladiator's Refuge in Valdrakken.
