Sergeant Blackwell is a human officer in the Stormwind Army and Alliance military. He was first seen taking part in the Ashran campaign on alternate Draenor, where he was wounded in the fighting. Since then, he has been assigned to the Skyguard gunship, which battled the Horde on the Seething Shore for control of Azerite resources.
