The Sepulcher of the Abyss is a cave hidden behind a waterfall at Tempest's Edge in Stormsong Valley. At the far end of the cave, the Altar of the Abyss can be found, with three Abyssal Acolytes sitting in front of it. It is here that one may combine twenty Abyssal Fragments into an [Abhorrent Essence of the Abyss].
