Sentinel Hill Marksmen are level 100 marksmen found defending Sentinel Hill during the Legion Invasions. Curiously they wear clothes reminiscent of the old People's Militia, despite it having been replaced by the Westfall Brigade by that time.
Marksman Redrick is presumably one of them.
