The Second Duumvirate were the rulers of the eredar on Argus, composed of Velen and Kil'jaeden. Archimonde eventually rose to lead the eredar alongside them,[1] becoming the Triumvirate. They ruled from the gleaming halls of the Seat of the Triumvirate in the city of Eredath and were counseled by the Council to the Triumvirate.
