This rune can be looted from the Buried Treasure found in five different zones:

Dun Morogh

Find and assemble the  [Top-Right Map Piece],  [Top-Left Map Piece],  [Bottom-Right Map Piece], and  [Bottom-Left Map Piece] into a  [Dun Morogh Treasure Map]. Use it beneath the bridge between Kharanos and Ironforge at ^[47, 44] to find the Rune.

Durotar

Find and assemble the  [Top-Right Map Piece],  [Top-Left Map Piece],  [Bottom-Right Map Piece], and  [Bottom-Left Map Piece] into a  [Durotar Treasure Map]. Use it near the monkey head on the southernmost of the Echo Isles at ^[62, 95] to find the Rune.

Elwynn Forest

Find and assemble the  [Top-Right Map Piece],  [Top-Left Map Piece],  [Bottom-Right Map Piece], and  [Bottom-Left Map Piece] into an  [Elwynn Treasure Map]. Use it at the hollow stump near the Redridge Mountains border at ^{[85.4, 79.0]} to find the Rune.

Teldrassil

Find and assemble the  [Top-Right Map Piece],  [Top-Left Map Piece],  [Bottom-Right Map Piece], and  [Bottom-Left Map Piece] into a  [Teldrassil Treasure Map]. Use it at the hollow stump in Rut'theran Village at ^{[55.3, 90.8]} to find the Rune.

Tirisfal Glades

Find and assemble the  [Top-Right Map Piece],  [Top-Left Map Piece],  [Bottom-Right Map Piece], and  [Bottom-Left Map Piece] into a  [Tirisfal Treasure Map]. Use it under the bridge west of Brill at ^{[50.5, 54.0]} to find the Rune.
