Rui of the Sharpened Blade is a mogu located in Kun-Lai Summit.

Abilities

Capacitance — Increases the victim's capacitance level. If the victim is struck with a tenth application of Capacitance they unleash an Electrostatic Burst, stunning the victim for 4 sec. and inflicting 20 Nature damage to allies within 8 yards.
Capacitant Strike — The caster imbues their weapon with the power of Lightning, striking their target for Mainhand weapon max damage Nature damage. The strike leaves a charge of capacitance on the victim that remains for 20 sec.
Charged Slam — The caster channels electricity through their weapon and strikes the ground. Three pulses of electricity travel outward, inflicting Nature damage to any enemies caught in their path. Victims are afflicted with Capacitance.
