Rough Deepdiamond Shard can be prospected from the Loose Crystal Shard in Obsidian Hollow in the Ringing Deeps. It can be used along with the 
[Rough Deepamethyst Shard], 
[Rough Deepemerald Shard], 
[Rough Deepruby Shard] and the 
[Rough Deeptopaz Shard] in order to open the Dusty Prospector's Chest in the basement of the inn in Gundargaz.
