Rolling Agony is a conduit for affliction warlocks. It drops from the Sun King's Salvation in Castle Nathria, Mueh'zala in De Other Side, and the Vigilant Guardian in the Sepulcher of the First Ones.
It can also drop from various Shadowlands rare spawns, world quests, and Covenant Callings, scaling to your item level.
