Rokkar was an orc warrior who was Durotan's second in command on Draenor. He was ordered by his chieftain to tie up the Prophet Velen and confiscate the crystals he was carrying, the Heart of Fury and the  [Brilliant Star]. He perished during an attack against a draenei hunting party when the elements refused to assist the orcish attackers.
