Rocknar is an ice elemental who can be found at Frozen Reach in the Borean Tundra, between the Wailing Ziggurat and Unu'pe.
Abilities
Harden Skin — Turns the casters skin to stone, increasing his armor by 1167 for 10 sec.
Ice Spike — A spike of ice inflicts 5 Frost damage and knocks the enemy in the air.

Rocknar is believed to be a sandstorm elemental, elementals comprising of earth, air, and water. This is due to how he looks, acts, and his speech as well as what is contained within him. Rocknar uses frost and nature abilities and is described as having an icy exterior with a rocky core by
