Rina Moonspring is a night elf quest giver located at Sylvanaar in the Blade's Edge Mountains. She appears to hold Horde races in low opinion. She was dealing with local problems at Living Grove that she helped grow and asked for help in slaying Grovestalker Lynxes and Horde's Thunderlord dire wolves, which she hated doing. She had planted seedlings in the grove and imbued a bough with the force of nature, which she gave to the Alliance adventurer to call down at the seedlings for protection. With their wolves gone, the Horde was looking for a new pack, and Rina decided to deal with this problem differently. She gave the adventurer her powder and let them use it on Bloodmaul wolves so that they would become undesirable by the Horde.
