Righteous Might is a conduit for paladins. It drops from the following bosses:
- Margrave Stradama in Plaguefall
- Sire Denathrius in Castle Nathria
- The Prototype Pantheon in the Sepulcher of the First Ones
- Valinor in Bastion
- Mortanis in Maldraxxus
- Oranomonos the Everbranching in Ardenweald
- Nurgash Muckformed in Revendreth.
An ilvl 145 version is also rewarded from 
[60] A Journey Made Together.
It can also drop from various Shadowlands rare spawns, world quests, and Covenant Callings, scaling to your item level.
Patch changes
Hotfix (2021-11-03): Damage and healing reduced by 50% in PvP combat. - Patch 9.1.5 (2021-11-02): Damage effect increased by 400% and healing effect reduced by 50%.
