Rhonin's Assaulting Armwraps can drop from dungeon, raid, world bosses, rare elites on the Broken Isles and Argus, and Commanders at Invasion Points. The item is also found in world quest caches, PvP strongboxes, Mythic+ weekly caches, and 
[Blingtron 6000 Gift Package]. Lastly, it can also be discovered by using a Relinquished token purchased from Thaumaturge Vashreen.

Patch 7.1.5 (2017-01-10): 
[Arcane Missiles] has a 18% (was 25%) chance to make your next 
[Arcane Blast] cast within 6 seconds cost no mana. - Hotfix (2016-11-14): All Legion Legendary items have had their item level increased by 15. This change will be applied retroactively.
- Hotfix (2016-08-30): Rhonin's Assaulting Armwraps will now activate only once per cast of Arcane Missiles. Proc rate and buff duration have been adjusted to compensate.
- Patch 7.0.3 (2016-07-19): Added.
