Resplendent Light is a conduit for holy paladins. It drops from the Hungering Destroyer in Castle Nathria, Nalthor the Rimebinder in the Necrotic Wake, and the Vigilant Guardian in the Sepulcher of the First Ones.
It can also drop from various Shadowlands rare spawns, world quests, and Covenant Callings, scaling to your item level.
