Pick up  [110] Defending Lor'danel before heading out.

Upon accept of both:

Malfurion Stormrage says: It is only a matter of time before the Horde breaks through. They will attack us from both sides.

Malfurion Stormrage says: Sylvanas seeks to engage me, and I plan to give her what she wants.

Malfurion transforms and flies away.

Additionally, find Summermoon and pick up  [110] Action This Day from her.

The citizens are cowering all over Lor'danel. Interact with them to encourage their escape.
