Ravager is a Fury and Protection warrior talent. The ability uses the model of whatever weapon the warrior is currently holding, transmog included.
Trivia
This power was likely inspired by Nazgrim's Ravager ability in his fight during the Siege of Orgrimmar.
Patch changes
- Hotfix (2023-08-07): Damage increased by 8%. Does not apply to PvP.
- Hotfix (2023-07-24): Damage increased by 30% in PvP Combat.
- Patch 10.0.0 (2022-10-25): Now a row 9 Fury and Protection talent (was a level 50 Arms and 45 Protection talent).
- Patch 9.0.1 (2020-10-13):
- Level reduced to 45 for Protection and 50 for Arms (was 100 for both).
- Ravager now has a 45 second cooldown (was 1 minute), duration increased to 12 seconds (was 7 seconds), periodic damage increased to 2 seconds (was 1 second), generates 10 Rage each time it deals damage, and now chases nearby enemies in combat. Additionally, Ravager is now capped at 8 targets.
- Hotfix (2018-08-02): Will now correctly deal damage to enemies who are on elevator.
- Patch 8.0.1 (2018-07-17): No longer increases Parry chance for Protection.
- Patch 7.2.5 (2017-06-13): (Arms) Ravager now generates 7 Rage per tick if it damages at least one enemy, for a maximum of 49 Rage over its duration if every tick deals damage.
- Patch 7.1.5 (2017-01-10):
- Damage increased by 25%.
- Increases your Parry chance by 35% (was 30%).
- Patch 7.1.0 (2016-10-25): Damage increased by 8%.
- Patch 7.0.3 (2016-07-19): No longer available to Fury. Damage increased by 112%. Now replaces [Bladestorm].
- Hotfix (2014-10-30): Damage has been reduced by 25%.
- Patch 6.0.2 (2014-10-14): Added.
