Notes

Patch 10.0.0 (2022-10-25): Now a row 6 Blood talent (was a level 25 Blood talent).
Patch 9.0.1 (2020-10-13): Now available at level 25 (was 57). Now has an additional effect – Your Blood Plague leeches 50% more health.
Patch 8.0.1 (2018-07-17): Now also causes Blood Plague to deal damage more often. No longer causes you to generate Runic Power while in your [Death and Decay].
Hotfix (2018-02-08): Rapid Decomposition only grants Runic Power when the player is within their Death and Decay, as intended.
Patch 7.1.5 (2017-01-10): Now causes Death and Decay to deal damage 15% more often (was 50%), and Runic Power generation changed to 1 per second (was 15% more).
Patch 7.0.3 (2016-07-19): Added.
