Raphael is a gnome found on the Fizzle and Pozzik's Speedbarge in Thousand Needles. He is chasing Juliette.
Some time after the Cataclysm, during the annual Speedbarge' Boat Race, he was given a couple of coppers by Gazlowe to shout that the ogres of the Gordok's Elite were trying to stop the race, in order to get the ogres distracted.[1]

- He and Juliette are a reference to Romeo and Juliet, a classic written by Shakespeare.
