Rampant Growth is an Azerite trait available to Restoration druids.

Notes

When you cast [Regrowth] on anyone besides the target of your [Lifebloom], this trait adds a full-duration Regrowth buff to the Lifebloom target as well. If the Lifebloom target already has an active Regrowth, Rampant Growth will simply refresh its duration.

Hotfix (2019-07-15): Fixed a bug that caused some abilities to trigger the Repeat Performance debuff (e.g. [...] Druids' [Regrowth] with the Rampant Growth Azerite Trait).
Hotfix (2018-09-18): Casting Regrowth with Rampant Growth active and [Innervate] active no longer grants two stacks of [Lively Spirit].
