Raleigh Andrean is a Forsaken located in the Trade Quarter in the Undercity.
History
When he was alive, he was married to Deliah and friends with Valdred Moray. During the Scourge invasion of Lordaeron, Raleigh was killed and reanimated to serve the Scourge war machine. With Illidan's attack on the Lich King with the Eye of Sargeras and The Dark Lady's revolt against scourge, Raleigh was freed from the Lich King's control and decided to join the Forsaken.
At some point, he was approached by an orc[1] who gave him his wife's wedding ring. Upon receiving the ring, Raleigh stated that he did not care that his wife had died but wanted revenge on the person who killed her. He then sends the adventurer to hunt down his wife's murderer and bring him his hands. After the deed was done, Raleigh decided to keep the hands as a memento of his friend's betrayal and gave the orc who helped him get revenge the 
[Ring of Scorn].
Following the Cataclysm, the Val'kyr Aradne resurrected the object of Raleigh's revenge, Valdred, who ended up deciding to join the Forsaken. It is unknown if Raleigh is aware that Valdred has become a member of the Forsaken.
