This is the final quest in the Raene's Cleansing quest chain.

It used to be that this part of the chain was often declined by alliance players wishing to keep their furbolg form, as the quest required you to give up  [Dartol's Rod of Transformation], which is often considered the main reason for doing the chain. However, in the most recent patches, players keep the rod after the quest is over.
