Patch changes

Hotfix (2024-04-11): Fixed a bug that could prevent a Druid with Radiant Moonlight who died and resurrected from getting more than one cast of [Full Moon] before it resets to [New Moon].
Patch 10.1.5 (2023-07-11): [Fury of Elune] cooldown reduction is now 15 seconds (was 20 seconds).
Patch 10.1.0 (2023-05-02):
- Radiant Moonlight increases the damage dealt by [New Moon], [Half Moon], and [Full Moon] by 25%.
- Also increases Fury of Elune's damage by 50% and now reduces its cooldown by 20 seconds (was 15 seconds).
