New Moon is a Balance druid talent. Casting it activates [Half Moon], and it is activated again after casting [Full Moon].

It is an exclusive choice node with [Fury of Elune].

This talent is based on the [Scythe of Elune] artifact ability [New Moon].

Hotfix (2023-07-24): New Moon, [Half Moon], and [Full Moon] no longer deals increased damage in PvP (was 20%).
Patch 10.1.5 (2023-07-11): Damage increased by 100%.
