Rachel DeSimone is a Gilnean woman that can be found talking with Jamie Harriott, Carrie Eileen Steen and Jenn Stravaganza inside the Howling Oak, in the night elven city of Darnassus.
During the Burning of Teldrassil, she was seemingly evacuated with the civilians to Stormwind City.[1]
