Quick Thinking is an Azerite trait available to mages.
Notes
- This trait can be triggered by spells that normally have a cast time but have been made instant-cast through an effect such as
[Brain Freeze]. - Eligible spells will always trigger Quick Thinking when cast, even if they hit no enemies or deal no damage.
Patch changes
Hotfix (2019-01-09): Quick Thinking will now correctly activate when casting 
[Frozen Orb], or when casting 
[Blizzard] with [Freezing Rain], and will no longer sometimes incorrectly activate multiple times on a single spell cast. - Patch 8.1.0 (2018-12-11): Added.
