Primal Flame Elementals are fire elementals spawned by The Molten Core. They will automatically aggro onto the Hydraxian Firefighters, but can be taunted off.
Abilities
Fixate — Causes an enemy to fixate upon the caster and increases the caster's attack speed by 1% for 10 sec. While the target is fixated upon the caster, the target is very reluctant to attack anything else.
