Preservationist's Dispatch Three is the quest reward from  [60-70] A Sphere in Danger, the start of the penultimate day of Secrets of Azeroth activities from Tithris at the Roasted Ram inn of Valdrakken.

Kathos,

Another artifact is going to be stolen. It's called the Orb of Rathmus.

It's hidden in Stormshroud Peak. You'll find the orb west of the Temporal Confluence^[sic] high up in the mountains. Reports claim three markers were hidden in the caves of the area that would lead to the orb. You will most likely need all of your artifacts and tools to find the orb.

Hurry, before it is stolen!
