Popo is a steward that is one of the trainees during the quests 
[60] Training Our Forces, [60] Training in Maldraxxus, [60] Training in Revendreth, and [60] Training in Ardenweald.
She is also located in northern Bastion. Later she is encountered during Wild Worldcracker vignette in Korthia.
