The Plague Eater is a slime giant following Master Apothecary Faranell in Brill in Tirisfal Glades. Once it is empowered with the concoctions of the House of Plagues and the Lordaeron Blight in Maldraxxus, it is replicated and more are deployed by Forsaken Soldiers in the Ruins of Lordaeron. They then merged into the Amalgam. Once it was destroyed, and the Forsaken entered Lordaeron, the original Plague Eater came with them.

- Seemingly an easter egg, one can be seen dancing in a Lordaeron's west tower.
